Entering is easy. All you have to do is go to The Observer's Facebook page and click on the Second Chance Santa competition app in the favourites bar.

Like the page, enter your details and tell us what you desperately wanted and didn't receive.

The most creative or engaging entry, as determined by the judges at their sole discretion, will be declared the winner and given $1000 to buy the present Santa didn't bring.

The promotion opens at noon on Monday, February 10 and ends on March 24 at 5pm.
