It's been a while since the band's last album, My Sisters? Shoes in 2008, an album dedicated to Kate's sister who spent 26 years in an institution.
Kate said she was honoured to be performing at the three-day event.
"What a perfect setting - let's make it rock people!"
Organiser Gassan Sangari said the rescheduled event was finally ready.
The Bendigo Community stage is complete and the 12 stall holders have set up shop.
"We have 500 tickets sold already and it's going to be magnificent," he said.
Gates open at 3.30pm on Friday.
Tickets are $80 per day or $130 for a three-day pass. You can purchase a ticket on at the gate.
