Which Gladstone pub has the best meals?
HARVEY Road Tavern has been voted as the best place in Gladstone to get a pub meal.
Likers on The Observer's Facebook page last week gave the thumbs up to the popular pub, giving it a healthy lead over runners-up Dicey's and the Reef Hotel.
The Queens Hotel also got a number of votes, while pubs at Tannum Sands, Calliope and Raglan also got a mention.
Harvey Road Tavern's Graziers Steakhouse offers lunch and dinner seven days a week, and has an indoor playground for children.
Its menu features pub meal staples such as schnitzel, parmigiana and char-grilled steaks, as well as modern fare such as Thai coconut prawns and a selection of dips.
Over at Dicey's, the menu includes beef ribs, burgers, pork snags, seafood, steaks and chicken dishes, while the Reef Hotel fills hungry tummies with burgers, steak, schnitzel and fish and chips, plus its Little Italy pizza menu.
