HERE'S a rundown of where you can attend an Anzac Day ceremony in the Gladstone region.

Agnes Water

THE Agnes Water dawn service will begin at Rock Latino Cafe to gather for coffee. At 6am the service will start at the Agnes Water Cenotaph. 

A morning service will begin with a march at 9.45am from the Agnes Water Tavern followed by a 10.30am service at the Agnes Water Cenotaph.

Boyne Island

A DAWN service will be held at the cenotaph, Stirling Park, Boyne Island followed by a light breakfast.

The morning service will start at 8.30am with an assembly and fall-in at the Boyne Plaza car park.

The Gladstone Municipal Band will lead the march to the cenotaph, and the memorial service will start at 9am.

At 11am, the Boyne Tannum Bowling Club will host a get-together for ex-service persons and guests.


BOROREN residents are invited to an Anzac Day dawn service at 6am at the Bororen Memorial Park Cenotaph.

AN Anzac Day march will be held at 10.45am from Bunting Park to the cenotaph at the RSL Hall, Calliope, with a service to follow at 11am.

THE Gladstone Anzac Day ceremony will begin at the Valley car park at 5.20am for a march to the cenotaph where the dawn service will be held.

Another parade and service will take place outside the Gladstone Regional Council office with a march-off at 10.30am and the service will continue at the cenotaph at Anzac Park.

Veterans and ex-service men and women and families are invited to a luncheon held at Yaralla Sports Club at 12.30pm.

Miriam Vale

THERE will be a dawn service at 4.20am at the Miriam Vale Cenotaph in Blomfield St, Miriam Vale.

A gunfire breakfast will be available at the Miriam Vale Hotel from 5am. More here.

Mt Larcom

THE Mt Larcom and District Armed Services Centre will hold an Anzac Day service at 10.30am for an 11am start.

A DAWN service will start at 5.30am at the Memorial Hall, James St, followed by a march to the cenotaph for a 5.45am ceremony for Anzac Day.

Turkey Beach

AN Anzac Day ceremony will again be held at Turkey Beach. The dawn service will be held on the beachfront at 5.30am followed by a service and march at 9am.
