The lovely Jan Street made it for us. She's our local Country Women's Association president.
Reporter Rebecca Danslow and I wolfed that one down.
It was so good - chocolate-y and moist; the icing rich and gooey.
Jan whipped it up from a packet mix.
If she wanted, she could enter it into the CWA's upcoming cooking competition.
A new category means that's A-OK.
Now, that's my kind of baking.
