Folk can feel on top of world

THE shoes that make or break an outfit will be one of the key fashion items women will be taking notes on at Zonta’s annual Fashion Parade fundraising event tomorrow.

Local fashion guru Kelly Anne Russell said for many women, the shoe was the whole outfit, but there were still some women who felt the outfit was about the design, or the other accessories.

“Shoes can change a mood. Putting on a brand-new pair of great shoes makes you feel you can rule the world,” she said.

Zonta’s annual fashion parade will be conducted at Rydges International Hotel in Gladstone tomorrow, September 11 and all money raised will go towards the charity ‘Shine’.

There will be raffles on the day with prizes for best dressed and best hat.

Tickets are $50 per person and are available at Fantasy Rags. Phone 4972 3676 for more information.
