Water park ideal to beat weekend humidity

HOT and humid weather was what the day had in store for the visitors of East Shores on Saturday.

Sun screen on and ice-creams in hand, locals made the most of the warm weather.

Mother Kelly Murray had brought her kids down for the day.

"It's just good to get out in the sun and get some fresh air after the weather we had yesterday," Mrs Murray said.

"We've been here since one o'clock so really we have spent the whole afternoon here.

"I like it because it's not as hot today.

"It makes it even better with the slight cool breeze we're receiving," Mrs Murray explained.

The beautiful water park of East Shores had an estimated 60 people when The Observer was there.
