Vehicle impounded under anti-hoon legislation

GLADSTONE Traffic Branch officers impounded a 39-year-old man's vehicle after intercepting him just before 4pm on Tuesday afternoon.

The man was intercepted at 3.50pm and had his vehicle impounded for seven days, for Type-2 repeat offences as an unlicensed driver, under the new anti-hoon legislation.

He was issued with a notice to appear in Gladstone Magistrates Court at a later date.
