Vampires are in demand

WHETHER you are Team Jacob or Team Edward, you should expect to enjoy the latest instalment of the Twilight vampire series – Eclipse.

Twihards lined up in droves to see how the relationship develops between Bella Swan, vampire Edward Cullen and third-wheel Jacob Black.

Stevie Realf, 9, Chelei Realf, 11, Emme Realf, 11, and Ebony Johnson-Torr, 10, all thought the actors did a great job portraying their characters in Eclipse.

Ebony said she liked the movie as it showed how Bella struggled to make a life-changing decision, which normal people have to do in life as well.

“I like how at the end there was a war,” Stevie said. “Everyone was everywhere. I thought the bad people were going to win at first.”

Chelei, who has read all four books, said she liked the last book, Breaking Dawn, the best as there was more action in it than the others, plus it had a happy ending.

Emme, who has read the first three books, said she liked the third book, Eclipse, as the first two “were all just about love”.

“But the third one was a bit of a war kind of theme,” she said.

Emme gave the Eclipse movie four out of five, Stevie gave it five out of five, while Chelei gave it four out of five. “It was a bit repetitive,” Chelei said.

All four girls thought the fight scene was the best scene.
