Knives out as uppity mates face MKR heat

THE knives are out on My Kitchen Rules tonight, with Perth's Chloe and Kelly finally stepping up to the plate.

The best mates will prove whether or not they can cook as well as they say they can.

The two girls have been talking up their skills and knowledge of food, thanks to their extensive travels, and have been some of the harshest critics at the dinner table of the instant restaurants hosted by the other teams in the new series of the reality cooking show.

They've formed a particular rivalry with Greek twins Helena and Vikki, who proved to be the real deal after scoring a record-high score of 95 out of 100 on Sunday for their instant restaurant.

Chloe and Kelly have to beat Canberra couple Andrew and Emelia's score of 47 to avoid elimination.
