Update on the condition of Bray Park boat ramp after damage

THE BRAY Park boat ramp pontoon at Boyne Island is again in place after being removed last month for repairs.

A popular facility within the region's fishing and boating fraternity, the pontoon was damaged in July as a result of a motor vehicle incident.

Sections of the pontoon's platforms and handrails, damaged in the incident, were taken off-site to be repaired last month and put back into place today (Sep 9).

Council thanks the community for its patience while the pontoon was out of action.
