Two stabbed in Deception Bay


THE INJURED female and male have been transported to Royal Brisbane Hospital in a stable condition.


POLICE and ambulance officers are currently on the scene of incident where a man and a woman have been stabbed.

A police media spokesperson said police were called to an address on Simon Street in Deception Bay just before 11am after reports of a disturbance.

Paramedics were also called to the scene where they assessed a female patient with a knife wound to her hand and a male patient with a head injury.

Police were still currently at the address and were speaking with the female to assist with their investigations.

No one had been taken into custody.
