Two girls charged following stabbing in Warner on Wednesday
POLICE have charged two teenage girls with attempted murder following an incident at Warner early Wednesday morning.
It will be alleged around 2.45am the two girls have broken into a home at Curlew Court and have stabbed a 16-year-old girl before fleeing the house.
The 16-year-old, was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital with what were believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
A 19-year-old, Kedron woman and a 17-year-old, Strathpine woman were both charged with one count each of attempted murder and entering a dwelling with intent.
They are both due to appear in the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
