Two elderly patients treated after truck and car collide

UPDATE: TWO elderly female patients have been treated for minor injuries at the scene of a truck and car collision in Goondiwindi this morning.

The collision happened at Boundary Rd and Old Cunningham Hwy about 7.10am closing a section of the road.

The area was re-opened about 7.30am.

EARLIER: EMERGENCY services are rushing to the scene where a truck and car collided.

The crash took place near the intersection of Old Cunningham Hwy and Boundary Rd at Goondiwindi about 7.15am today.

Goondiwindi Regional Council workers are at the scene directing traffic.
