Second crash: What's going wrong here?

A SECOND man was injured in a car accident last night in the same spot as Saturday's two vehicle smash. 

The 32-year-old man was taken to hospital after crashing into a power pole on Glenlyon Rd - not far from the entrance to Tondoon Botanic Gardens - around midnight last night. 

His car was wedged under the pole when emergency services crews including the fire department, police and ambulance arrived. 

He was charged with driving without due care and attention and his Ford Falcon Ute was seized for 90 days under the Queensland's hooning laws

For safety reasons the power pole removed by Ergon Energy who will replace it as soon as possible. 

It was the second accident in that area this weekend.
