UPDATE 4:40pm: 

A WOMAN has been rushed to hospital after she was struck by a run away trailer, which rolled down a hill before hitting a house. 

It's understood the woman attempted to stop the trailer. 

The Observer is currently waiting to hear the condition of the woman.

Emergency services were on the scene a short while ago to remove the trailer from the property. 

EARLIER: 

A RUN away trailer on Hibiscus Av Kin Kora has rolled down the hill and into a house.

The incident happened at 3.30pm and Queensland Ambulance Service is treating a woman with arm injuries.

It's understood the injured person was trying to stop the trailer before it hit a house.
