TORI Spelling's dog walker Claudia has allegedly threatened to have her pet put down and refuses to give the actress her dog back because she didn't get paid this month.
The 'Beverly Hills 90210' star is distraught that her long-time employee Claudia is reportedly planning to take her dog to a shelter to have it euthanized on Monday because she didn't get paid for taking care of it this month.
Claudia told gossip website TMZ.com that she was originally Tori's dog walker but agreed to begin caring for the actress' animal in her own home for $525 a month when the mutt got too big for Tori's own house in Los Angeles in 2011.
She claimed she didn't get paid this month and unsuccessfully tried to get in touch with Tori, her husband Dean McDermott and their accountant, before threatening to have the dog put down.
The 40-year-old actress went "crazy" when she heard about the situation and texted Claudia to arrange to get her dog back but the dog walker refused to get in touch with the actress and said she would not give the dog back.
News of the dispute comes after a tough few weeks for Tori, who is "absolutely devastated" by rumours that her husband of seven years cheated on her with a woman in Toronto, Canada before Christmas.
A source recently said that she is focusing on taking care of their children, Liam, six, Stella, five, Hattie, two, and 15-month-old Finn, but admitted: "She's much more heartbroken than anyone realised. She's flipping out and is completely devastated."
