
Toddler 'stable but serious' after falling from window
AN 18-month-old girl has been airlifted to hospital after falling six metres out of a window at a home in Maroochydore about 6pm on Sunday.
Queensland Ambulance Service reported the toddler was transported in a "stable but serious" condition when she was airlifted to the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane.
Both the RACQ LifeFlight's Critical Care Doctor and QAS Intensive Care Paramedic treated the toddler at the scene before arriving at the aircraft base to airlift her to hospital.
The toddler travelled in a stable condition and her injuries are unknown at this time.
