Ticket issued after two-vehicle crash

A DRIVER has been issued with a ticket for failing to stop at a stop sign following a two-vehicle crash in South Gladstone on Tuesday.

The crash happened at 2.20pm at the intersection of Bonar and Auckland Sts.

Gladstone police said one car went through a stop sign and collided with another car.

There also was a two-vehicle crash on Gentle Annie Rd at 5.40pm on Tuesday.

No further details are available at this stage, and investigations are continuing.

In other police news, a 49-year-old woman has been charged with drink driving after being breath tested on Palm Drive, Gladstone early on Tuesday afternoon.

She allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.064.

A 47-year-old man also has been charged with drink driving after a breath test in Auckland St at 10.13am on Tuesday.

The man allegedly blew 0.076.
