Award winner knows all about good customer service
SHOP assistant Melinda Huther knows what it takes to give good customer service.
She was recently awarded the Customer Service Champion of the Year for Best and Less.
Now having worked at the Gladstone store for more than eight years, she has her fair share of regular customers.
It's been a busy year for Ms Huther, who earlier this year was awarded the Customer Service Champion of the Week for the company.
Ms Huther said good customer service was all about making the shopper feel special.
"I am blown away by it (the award).
"Always keep smiling, always say, 'Hi how are you going' when a customer walks in because that makes a customer feel like 'oh wow they've noticed me'."
