IF you're looking for something to do in the Gladstone region this weekend, here are 10 suggestions to get you started.
1. Drug and alcohol-free live music night
ANIMAL Throwdown, Brandon Harrison and We Are Servants will rock it out on Saturday at Anthony Breed Music Events Opening Night.
Held at the back of the music shop, the event is a drug and alcohol-free show.
Doors open at 7pm and tickets are $8. It's open to people of all ages and is sure to be a fun night.

2, Hair to the Throne
CELEBRITY bikini waxer Rosa Waxoffski stars in Hair to the Throne: The Princess of Plucking and Preening at Gladstone Entertainment Centre.
The hilarious comedy cabaret show is presented by Marney McQueen.
The show starts at 8pm on Sunday.
Tickets cost $39 adults and $30 concession, and can be bought online here.
3. Wedding expo
IF you're thinking about getting married or even planning a hen's party, the Wedding and Special Events Expo is the place to be this weekend.
Held at the new Gladstone Events Centre at Yaralla Sports Club, the event is on Sunday from 10am-2pm.
There will be 34 stalls ranging from wedding vehicles, photography, cake, florists, photo booths, wedding planners and invitation specialists.
There is a $5 entry fee that includes automatic entry into lucky door prize.

4. Beach Arts Music
BEACH Arts Music is a free community event held along the seaside parklands of Millennium Esplanade, Tannum Sands.
The event features live music and more than 90 stalls of food, arts, craft and clothing.
There's also an open mic area for buskers.
It will be held from 2-7pm on Saturday.
Entertainment includes Juvinyal from 2-3pm, Gladstone Municipal Band from 3-4pm, Lost for Words from 4-5pm and These Guys from 5-7pm.
5. Little Miracles fun run: This event has been cancelled due to the rain. It will be rescheduled.
THE Mater Little Miracles 5k event will be held in Gladstone this weekend.
The event raises funds for premature and seriously ill babies at the Mater Hospital.
Participants can walk or run the five kilometre course that starts in the Tondoon Botanic Gardens.
The event will be held on Sunday from 9am.

6. Biggest Morning Tea
BOYNE Valley Craft Group will host a Biggest Morning Tea from 10am on Sunday at the Nagoorin Hall, Boyne Valley.
The event will include morning tea, lucky door prize, lucky chair prize, games and a multi-draw raffle.

7. Footy and movie night
YARALLA Football Club is holding a movie fundraiser after its day of competition on Saturday.
Games are at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm.
The children's Disney film Wreck It Ralph will be shown at the field, with gates open from 5pm and the movie beginning from 6.30pm.
8. Mt Larcom show ball
THE Mt Larcom and District Show Ball will be held at the Mt Larcom Community Hall on Saturday from 7.30pm.
Music is by Peter Murphy's Two Can Band.
Judging will be held for the Queen of the Ball (ladies over 21 years of age), Princess of the Ball (girls 16-21 years of age) and Junior Princess of the Ball (girls under 16 years of age).
The ball will be licensed, with soft drinks also available, supper served, raffle, lucky door and lucky spot.

9. Lorna Jane morning tea
LORNA Jane Gladstone is hosting a An Australia's Biggest Morning Tea at Stockland shopping centre from 9.30-11.30am on Saturday, June 13.
A range of local businesses are on board to cater for the event.
10. Beach clean-up and planting session
CONSERVATION Volunteers Australia will be hosting an eco-challenge at Boyne Island's Lillies Beach from 11am on Saturday.
Those helping with a beach clean-up will leave from Wyndham Park at 11am.
Teams will then head out from 2pm to plant spinifex and coastal shrubs.
