Tannum Sands CWA reflects on friendships and fundraising

PAM Darbyshire is proud to have been a member of the Tannum Sands branch of the Port Curtis Division of the QCWA for 23 years.

The branch celebrated its 45th year of operation in 2015, with a luncheon at Spinnaker Park on Wednesday.

Members new and old reflected on the growth of the organisation which has supported a number of international and local projects.

Inaugral member Enid Mann joined in 1971 when there was no hall before it was established in 1982 in Steele St.

Mrs Mann is still a member of the organisation.
