Support local talent on stage this month

The Gladstone and surrounding areas are a community overflowing with talent.

Whether it's writing, sport, acting, film-making, painting or creativity in general, we excel.

Of course, that goes for our amazing singers too. As a community well known for supporting local talent, there is an opportunity to show our appreciation by getting along to their next performance.

The Gladstone Performing Arts Company consists of approximately thirty singers of various age and experience, but when they sing, one has to wonder if a few angels joined in. Real talent takes time to perfect.

Hard work, commitment, the ability to bounce back after disappointment, and the determination to succeed all play their part, the results of which will be proudly showcased when the company performs at their concerts on the 10th and 11th of June.

This budget-friendly, family event is yet another asset to our community. And who knows? There might be those amongst the audience who find a new love for a different style of music or enjoy themselves so much that singing might become their next artistic endeavour. And of course, there's never anything wrong with sitting back and just enjoying those amazing voices.

The fun doesn't stop there. On both nights, a selection of canapes and mocktails will be on offer during intermission as well as the chance to enter a raffle. So please come along, support some local talent.
