Chaos reigns as rail commuters face lengthy waits

UPDATE 8.54am: COMMUTERS heading into Brisbane City could still face waits of up to 45 minutes as Queensland Rail's network remains clogged after a powerline issue this morning.

At 8.45am, TransLink confirmed trains were now running on all lines, after earlier suspending all services between Albion and Bowen Hills.

It warned waits of up to 45 minutes could be expected on some services.
