Spate of vehicle accidents during wet weather

WET weather seemed to play a part in the high number of traffic accidents today.

Within two hours there were three traffic incidents in Gladstone.

At 4.50pm a vehicle lost its wheel at the Dawson Hwy roundabout near Hungry Jacks.

The road was blocked for an hour and police were tasked with directing traffic.

At 4.30pm a vehicle that lost its trailer going up a hill blocked the road on Haddock Dr and once again police were required to direct traffic.
