Someone stocking the shed? Power tools stolen

POLICE are asking for information from the public after power tools were stolen from Bunnings last week.

Seven power tools were stolen from the store at 8.45pm on Thursday.

Police have a description of the suspects, and are asking for details from anyone who knows of a person who suddenly has a lot of new tools.

In other police news, a 29-year-old man has been charged with drink driving after being pulled over by police in Dixon Dr, New Auckland at 8.42pm on Wednesday.

The man allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.111. He will appear in court at a later date. 

Gladstone police also are investigating a number of stealing incidents.

Power tools were stolen from Curtis Island between April 1 and 30, with the offence reported on Wednesday.

And items were stolen from a vehicle in Asplin St, Gladstone between midnight on June 23 and midnight on July 7.
