Small players still struggling in commercial real estate

A REPORT released by Herron Todd White on commercial real estate shows it's not all bad news for Gladstone, with investors still active and looking for good quality retail opportunities.

The report said two shopping centres - Stockland and The Valley Shopping Centre - anchored by supermarkets were keeping strong tenancies.

However, the report confirmed the small retail outlets in Goondoon St were still struggling, and questioned the delayed start date of the $150 million Stockland expansion.
