Some activities have sold out, but there are still spaces in a number of events.

Gladstone Mayor Gail Sellers said Skateboard Mayhem would provide great entertainment for the region's youth.

"We are hoping the bike giveaway will draw more young people to Skateboard Mayhem, but even without the prizes I'm sure these exciting events would prove popular," Cr Sellers said.

The events, from 1-5pm, will be will be conducted at Calliope Skate Park on Saturday January 12 and Boyne Island Park on Sunday.

Youth aged 10-17 who attend either of the Skateboard Mayhem sessions are eligible to win the bikes.
