WITH now being a relatively quite time in sport, senior and junior athletes have the chance to participate with a club whether as a seasoned campaigner or a beginner.

The Gladstone Observer encourages all sporting clubs to get their names out there and sign up new members or players for the upcoming winter season of sport.

Calliope Roosters: Sign on day for seniors is on Saturday, January 23 and juniors is on Saturday, January 30 from 10am to 1pm at Calliope Oval.

SOCCER

Calliope FC: have seniors and juniors sign-on today on Race Course Road in Calliope at the new Liz Cunningham Park from 10am on Saturday, January 23.

Clinton FC: Juniors and senior rego's are on Saturday, January 30 at 12pm to 4pm at Clinton Club House off Dawson Highway.

The Yaralla Football Club: is having a sign on over two days being on Sunday, January 31 2016 and Sunday, February 7 from 10am-1pm in the conference room at the Yaralla Sports Club foyer - follow the signs.

Fees this year are $300 which includes shorts and socks for players.

New/returning players from seasons prior to 2015 will also receive club shirt.

Gladstone United FC: have theirs on Saturday's January 30 and February 6 at United Park on Pioneer Drive.
