Seng and Heymer named in Centurions team bound for Mackay

CRICKET: The Glen players Jason Seng and Dave Heymer have both been selected in the Central Queensland Centurions side named yesterday that will play in the North Queensland Championships in Mackay November 203.

Seng has been in blazing form with both bat and ball in the recent Bulls Masters T20 Country Challenge where he was named player of the series after he guided CQ Seamers to a championship win against North Queensland.

Heymer is a proven performer at representative level and The Glen captain has the chance to get more runs this Saturday when he will lead his team against Frenchville at Sun Valley Oval in round three of the Frenchville Sports Club Capricorn Challenge.

BITS Cricket Club brothers Ryan and Josh Finlay are in the CQ under-21 team that will also be a part of the same championships.

Zane and Jake Robertson, Harry Rideout, who will be vice-captain, Nic Holmes and Josh Lait are the Gladstone-based players in the Centurions' U18 team that will also compete in the Mackay event.
