Puppies looking for new home

THEY are all just looking for a new home.

And, all they want is for someone to love them.

They are RSPCA dogs and puppies.

This Sunday the Gladstone RSPCA will be holding their open dog adoption day and are hoping to re-home many of their dogs which have been abandoned, abused or mistreated.

Judy Whicker from the RSPCA said the open adoption days were a great day out with the family.

“You can come down on Sunday and interact with the dogs. Bring your kids along and find the best animal for you,” Ms Whicker said.

There will also be eight, seven-week-old puppies for sale. They will be available for viewing on request. All dogs come de-sexed, micro chipped, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and registered with the Gladstone Regional Council. Prices vary from about $200 to $250 and it is a great feeling knowing you are giving a loving animal a second chance.

For all the action head down to the RSPCA Adoption Centre opposite the power station from 9am to noon this Sunday.
