Great Moscow Circus set to perform in Gladstone
THE Great Moscow Circus will perform in Gladstone later this month as part of its 50th anniversary tour.
And Gladstone Women's Health Centre is set to benefit from the visit, with circus organisers donating tickets that the centre is selling for just $20.
The tour will run for three years, taking in 80 cities across Australia.
A new two-hour production will feature a top line-up of new Russian and international performers.
The death-defying Globe of Death featuring six motorbike riders in a metal globe is a never-seen-before record in Australia, and has been brought over from Brazil for the tour.
With a cast of more than 45, and 14 international acts that make up The Great Moscow Circus production, organisers promise the show will impress all ages.
The circus tent will be set up at the Gladstone Showgrounds for two weeks from August 27 to September 6.
Ticket prices range from $47-$64 for adults and $32-$44 for children.
