Residents praise local businesses customer service

ONE simple post on Facebook has led to a flood of compliments for the region's small businesses.

On the Gladstone Feedback Group page, Gayle Bianchi asked members to say something positive about customer service they had received in the Gladstone area.

What happened next can only be described as a flood of positivism.

Almost 100 comments were left by users naming multiple businesses they loved dealing with.

One of the stores to receive many nominations was Chemist Warehouse Gladstone.

Managing partner Paul Arnold said it was nice to get some positive feedback after all the efforts of his team to provide great service.
