Gladstone public servants won't be striking
GLADSTONE'S public servants will not have a mass meeting to strike against the Commonwealth Government to protest against worker's rights, conditions and wages.
A spokesperson for the Community and Public Sector Union said there wasn't a planned meeting for Gladstone public servants.
Some agencies involved in the half day strikes around the nation include workers from Centrelink, CSIRO, Bureau of Meteorology, Australian Bureau of Statistics and Immigration and Customs.
The mass meetings start tomorrow but the first one in Queensland is in Brisbane on June 24.
