Prince to perform at Grammys?
PRINCE is set to perform at the Grammy Awards.
The 56-year-old singer is reportedly already planning his set for the prestigious ceremony which will take place at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, California, on February 8.
A source told US Weekly: "He has something very, very special in the works."
The 'Purple Rain' hitmaker will be joining the impressive existing line-up which includes Pharrell Williams, AC/DC and Madonna.
The iconic performer hasn't taken to the stage at the ceremony since 2004, when he performed a medley of tracks including 'Purple Rain', 'Let's Go Crazy', Crazy in Love' and 'Baby I'm a Star', with Beyonce - who is nominated for six awards this year.
He will also join acts Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Usher, Miranda Lambert and Sam Smith, who are set to perform on the night.
Prince also stepped out at the Golden Globes earlier this month where he presented the Best Original Song award to John Legend for his track 'Glory', which is taken from Oscar-nominated movie 'Selma'.
