Police investigate series of break-ins

GLADSTONE police are investigating after a number of break-ins this week.

A car was broken into on Dawson Rd near Gladstone Feed Barn.

Offenders gained entry through an unlocked door, and took money and keys.

The incident happened between noon on Monday and 9am on Tuesday.

A property was broken into in Philip St, South Gladstone between 11am on Monday and 8.30pm on Tuesday.

It's not known how offenders gained access to the property. Keys were located and a black Honda CBR 500 motorcycle was stolen.

There was an attempted break-in at a property on Yaralla St, Barney Point, between 3.30pm on Sunday and 8am on Tuesday.

Offenders attempted to gain access through a garage roller door, but were unsuccessful.

The roller door was damaged in the attempt.
