Police investigate house and car break-ins

GLADSTONE police are investigating a number of break-ins that occurred overnight on Wednesday and Thursday.

A unit in Roberts St, South Gladstone was broken into overnight on Wednesday, and a television was stolen.

On Thursday afternoon, offenders tried to gain entry to a property in William St, Gladstone, by forcing a window at the back of the house.

They were disturbed during the break-in and fled without taking anything.

And a vehicle was broken into overnight on Thursday in Peter Corones Dr, Kirkwood.

Tools were stolen.
