Police charge man with murder of 11-month-old baby

A BATHURST man, who told police his fiance's baby daughter had died in a trampoline accident, has been charged with her murder.

The 35-year-old is accused of killing the 11-month old girl some time between April 1-2.

Paramedics had been called to the home and performed CPR but the baby died at the scene.

The man fronted court on Thursday and was refused bail.
