Police called as swearing heard five doors away

A COUPLE on a debt-collecting mission were swearing so loudly that neighbours five doors away called the police.

Paul Vickery and Samantha Woodward banged on the door of a Beach St apartment to demand the occupants pay them owed money.

They were charged with public nuisance and fined $1600 in the Gladstone Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
