Police call for information about death of baby

DETECTIVES investigating the death of a baby in the NSW north-west have called on anyone who may have information to come forward.

Baylen Pendergast was just 21-months old when he was discovered unconscious at a home in west Tamworth last November.

A neighbour performed CPR until paramedics arrived and Baylen was airlifted to the Randwick Children's Hospital.

His life support was eventually switched off.

Anyone with information leading up to and surrounding Baylen's death can phone Tamworth detectives on (02) 6768 2999.
