PHOTOS: See who took on the Mount Larcom climb today

PLENTY of people traded their work shoes for joggers this morning to take on the Mount Larcom climb on the Gladstone Show public holiday.

The conditions were perfect for the climb, with the sun shining and a slight winter central Queensland chill.

The climb takes approximately two hours to reach the summit, which is 632m above sea level.

The peak of the mountain provides a beautiful 360 degree view of the Gladstone region.
