Perfect Fit for Gladstone

THE Gladstone Regional Council is pulling out all stops with its latest edition to the area – fitness stations.

In the coming months Perfect Fit Training Solutions and the Gladstone Regional Council will be providing a personal trainer to attend all of the different fitness stations to help the Gladstone community to become fit and healthy.

Rebecca Josey will conduct the free sessions throughout August and September and she will be demonstrating how to use each piece of equipment and how to get the most out of your workout.

Waneka Jannusch has already been down to the fitness trails and tried out the various types of equipment.

The fitness areas are ideally located across the region for easy access and they are a great initiative by the council.

For any more information regarding the personal training sessions, or for anything else about the fitness trails, you can contact the Gladstone Regional Council during normal office hours on 4976 6946.
