A LOADED pen gun capable of firing a 0.22 calibre bullet was among weapons and drugs seized from a Withcott home.

Officers from the Darling Downs Tactical Crime Squad's specialist gang unit also yesterday found a loaded .22 rifle with a silencer attached as part of the raid.

They were this afternoon seeking a man, believed to have links to a criminal motorcycle gang, over the seizures.

Police have spoken with the man on the phone and were seeking to catch up with him in person.

He was described as being uncooperative.

Darling Downs district officer Detective Acting Inspector Paul Hart said police were particularly concerned about the small and modified weapons.

"Several of the weapons were really concerning to police, they included two handguns other modified guns with silencers and in particular a pen gun, which is very small and concealable and was loaded at the time," Det. Act. Insp. Hart said.
