PCYC set for upgrade after $250k donation from Santos

GLADSTONE'S youth hub the PCYC has received a funding boost.

Santos GLNG vice president Mark McFarlane yesterday handed over a $250,000 cheque to Gladstone PCYC.

The donation will help with the refurbishment of the building, landscaping, the installation of security facilities and the upgrade of the cafe.

The upgrade will mark the first in the past decade for the PCYC building on Yarroon St, Gladstone.

"We are really appreciative of GLNG for supporting us and giving us the opportunity to expand our business within the community," PCYC chairman Glen Churchill said.
