Official opening planned for new eateries at Stockland
GLADSTONE, prepare to have your tastebuds tantalised.
Stockland Gladstone will officially open the five new food tenancies on Friday, April 4.
During 2013 a minor expansion took place on the Big W side of the Stockland Gladstone Shopping Centre.
The development cost a total of $6 million, and included a 600sqm expansion which includes BWS, Yoghurtland, Sunshine Kebabs, Ichi-Maki and another business that is yet to be announced.
An official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place with John Schroder, CEO of Stockland Retail and Mayor Gail Sellers.
Stockland centre manager Amanda Brookes said the expansion provided an exciting addition for the Big W and Woolworths side of the centre.
"It will enable us to enhance our existing retail offer, whilst updating the visual aspect of the building," she said.
There will be giveaways and activities for the public from 9-12pm.
