New jobs for upcoming shutdowns and projects
THE job market in Gladstone has its ups and downs but if there is one silver lining to the end of the LNG construction boom --- it's that there are upcoming shutdowns.
For those who are out of work and on the hunt, MIPEC are currently seeking interest for a whole host of positions.
There are jobs for project managers, engineers and supervisors as well as mechanical fitters, diesel fitters, boilermakers, tested and sheet metal fabricators, electricians, riggers and scaffolders, crane drivers, plumbers, carpenters, painter blaster, concreters and form setters.
To be successful MIPEC requires employees to have the relevant and current qualifications in your trade and profession, a willingness to learn, be able to work shift work and have your own transport.
To apply send your resumes, tickets and qualifications to email@example.com.
Other opportunities outside of the resource sector include available positions at Gladstone Regional Council.
