Muster tickets selling well

OPTUS Muster tickets are selling well according to event organiser Brian Sansom.

Mr Sansom said ticket sales were up on the same time last year and everything was looking good for a bumper festival.

“We are not getting carried away, but by the looks of it everything is looking good,” Mr Sansom said.

“We have a great program this year both with country and alternative music.

Mr Sansom said the XXXX Retreat would return to the Muster this year after being a big hit last year.

Sponsors Bundaberg Rum will have a new attraction at the Muster this year with the Bundy Backyard which will set up behind the Crowbar and offer patrons loads of fun games including great entertainment and special themed days like beach parties.

Apex Muster chairman Carl Green said preparations were coming together on-site, with a lot of workers kicking off this weekend.

“The site looks great after the rain,' he said yesterday.

“The grass is green and the creeks are flowing.

“Everything is going to plan for the biggest Muster yet.”
