Mos are on the grow at Gladstone Ports Corporation

WE'D LIKE to say these guys look great - but who are we kidding? They look stunning.

Movember is hotting up at Gladstone Ports Corporation, where a dedicated team is growing facial hair with varying degrees of success.

GPC Social Club team captain Peter Hening said 10 GPC workers were on a mission to grow the perfect mo and raise funds for men's health.

One of the team members is a woman, Najah Chant, and her moustache is, well... she doesn't actually have one.

Mr Hening said some team members were hairier than others.

Youngster Zac Smith was struggling to make an impact with his "bum fluff" and "probably should have started in July".

The most impressive mo belongs to Michael Schwede.

According to the team captain, Mr Schwede now looks like an actor of a particular film genre in the 1970s.

So far the team has raised $3200, mostly from barbecues, and GPC has promised to throw in another $1000 for the cause.

Meanwhile, rumours abound that Curtis the Turtle has been growing a moustache. All will be revealed next week.
