Brothers let their hair down for end of season celebration

GLADSTONE'S licensed venues met with an unusual case of Monday madness yesterday afternoon.

After losing to the Valleys in the Gladstone District Rugby League A-Grade semi-finals, the Brothers boys took to the streets to celebrate their end of season.

The Brothers lost to the Valleys 28-16 on Sunday.

The official Brothers and Others Mad Monday celebrations saw the boys bar hop across town, before ending up at the Gladstone Reef Hotel.

"We've been to the Club, Queens, Young Oz and now here," player Casey McGuire said.

Most of the lively team donned tight and bright dresses and skirts, while others opted for fancy-dress costumes.
