Monday Male electrician follows the money to Gladstone

JOSHUA Brown is an energetic young lad with ambitions to own a house outright one day.

But for the meantime he enjoys heading out on the town as he settles into life in Gladstone.

The 25-year-old moved from Victoria to Gladstone three weeks ago. He has been an electrician for seven years.

"I'm a FIFO worker, so I do four weeks on, one week off. I came to Gladstone to chase the money," he said.

"Gladstone seems to be a diverse, semi-vibrant town."

In his spare time, Joshua likes snowboarding, four-wheel driving, fishing and acting a fool.

"I want to be a dad one day and teach my kids how to snowboard," he said. "My goal in life is to put a smile on people's faces at my expense."
